They are just money hungry people, they took advantage of the fact I needed a car. And played with the company I had insurance through and through the company I financed through. Next time I’ll make sure I do my homework but I will never go there again
I saw a vehicle there I wanted that listed for $7495 and after a test drive I offered my vehicle i trade. they test drove and appraised my vehicle and said they were offering me 12800 for my vehicle. and after taxes tags title and dealer fees all said and done, I would get a check for 2800. I said wait 12800 minus 2800 means that $7495 vehicle I am trading for is now $10000 after all is said and done. that doesn't compute. Jeff Wyler gave us nothing for our car we traded in.Granted, we should have never accepted their offer, but they will screw you over. We also took our car in 2 weeks ago with 59,989 miles on it for an issue and they said nothing was wrong. We took it in today and now it is a brake booster and now the warranty is off since we over 60,000 miles. They are a bunch of crooks and I have a lot people who refuse to shop there. Had I known, I would have never went there. Never again. Do not shop at Jeff Wyler!!!
Over the last 15 or so years, I have purchased a number of new and used cars from Jeff Wyler and have been generally pleased with the service that I have received. However, my latest purchased from Jeff Wyler used cars was anything but satisfactory. I worked with my sales person to negotiate a price and terms on a used vehicle, and signed off on a handwritten purchase order accepting the terms of the deal. I went to Jeff Wyler to purchase a used car for my son. While I realize it was not a new car, I was highly shall I say annoyed at their service. First of all, I had my search done on the vehicle we went to test drive at around $5500. RecommendedStopped in today at the Eastgate Chevrolet dealership service department for an oil change. The 1st day of the new computer system for the service advisors to use. They were having a stressful time working with the computer people. But, as always my adviser Pirk handled it like a champ. He is always friendly, trustworthy and professional when I deal with him.

They only care about you until the deal is done. They never want to address issues of any kind. The service department is the worst I've ever seen!! They are sloppy, not very knowledgeable and completely rude. I've bought a Camaro, Silverado, and Corvette from there and had problems out of each of them. Wyler couldn't figure out the problem with the Camaro, I had to tell them. They didn't want to listen to me, argued with me but finally tried what I told them. I was right!!
