They ran my credit after I specifically expressed my disinterest in buying a car from them. I came in simply to see what my options were and explicitly told them NOT to run my credit, and the fact that they still did even though we hadn't even decided on a car is absolutely absurd. Not to mention the fact that they ran it for a car $8000 more than the one they were supposed to show me. Never EVER buying a car from here and will make sure everyone I know does the same

Jeff Wyler Jeep in Batavia Ohio is not a reputable dealership. My husband Sam Boggs posted earlier about problems we had with paperwork after purchasing our jeep. The dealership promised to pay first month's car payment as a courtesy. Well yes you got it they backed out of that agreement. Darywood at kai was amazing and got me into a 2019.
Great people, very friendly and knowledgeable..only downfall is there is absolutely 0 sense of urgency in the place. I waited over 3 hours for a new truck detail that I was first in line for...felt bad for the 3 behind me. everything is at a snails pace....charge your phone up and br prepared to sit in uncomfortable chairs and wait...and wait...and wait..
