I went with my sister in law to the purchase a preowned vehicle and found ourselves dealing with a highly unprofessional, abrasive and less than trained salesman. He treated and talked down to us using only words to describe the car such as “cute” and “pretty”, he then became more than hostile when we were firm on talking numbers and budget, it actually became so intense I asked him to stop taking to us “like we are stupid please” we asked several times to leave however he pretended to not hear or bring back our car keys. I bought a used truck with the contract stated they replace brake pads and rotors, first time I went to pick it up only the rear was done, the fronts we're still obviously scored. I refused to accept it that way, they again agreed to replace the fronts. I go to pick it up the second time, it's raining and dark the rotors looked new so I left with it. The next day I realize they cut the rotors and put the old pads back on. I'm done with Jeff Wyler. So if you ever consider buying anything for these people I wish better luck!
I’m in the process now of getting an attorney I bought a car in 2017 they were supposed to put brakes and tires all the way around the car at Jeff Wyler in Eastgate they Said that they put brakes all the way around the car but did not put tires I had to fight with them about putting tires on it because the tires was below state minimum now mind you the car is only one year old when I bought it then I just got done getting an oil change done at Ford saying it is a Ford escape they tell me that my back brakes are in the red an... read more
My name is Sam Boggs, I purchased a brand new Jeep Renegade from the Jeep dealer here at Jeff Wyler. I live out of state and there was an issue with the title work, so i have a brand new Jeep in my driveway with expired tags since November 13th. After spending countless hours over several weeks on the phone, nothing has been figured out for me. If anyone wants to know how little this place cares about people, go and look at my page. One of their employees was speeding in a 25mph zone, and hit and killed a friend of mines dog. There have been no repercussions and employees still fly down the road all the time. Sometimes we cut through the parking lot to avoid a backed up 32, and have almost been hit SEVERAL times by employees in their cars. This place is a disgrace and will never get my business.

I bought a brand new Ram 1500 here last year and love it. I recently took my truck in for scheduled maintenance and had them look at one of the windows that was acting up. There was a miscommunication between one of the reps and me, but I got a call from the service manager, Shane, the very next day, and apologized apologized, and made it right. That shows integrity, and it's the reason my family and I will continue to shop there and have our vehicles serviced there!!
