Worst experience ever. I was a repeat customer for JW. Just upgraded to 2018 from 2016. I was told they’ll cover the first payment and did everything to get me buy the car. However, once you’re out of the door you die for them. I called yesterday about the payment and no one responded to my calls for the entire day.
