So I just bought my first car from this dealership and hated almost the whole experience. My sales person was apparently new and knew NOTHING about my car and messed up almost every piece of paperwork I had to fill out. Spent 4 hours there and accomplished nothing. Oh and this was all after I spent money on a rental due to misleading information given to begin with. I took the family into to Jeff Wyler Kia in East Gate and I feel like the sales personnel were great. I felt like they treated me fairly and I came walking away with a new Kia Sedona. The only drawback was the wait time. We spent close to 4 hours waiting to sign on the van. At other dealerships our wait has been anywhere from 45 mins to an hour. I just bought my second car with Jeff Wyler. The first time I bought a used Cruze and yesterday I bought a 2018 Equinox. Both times my experience was nothing but good. Of course the time it takes to find a car and process the paperwork is never fun, but Tracy and Roy were excellent and made my car buying experience absolutely wonderful. So far I’m a dedicated JW customer!

I had an awesome experience last Sunday, my sales associate was Fiaz, i left after quite a few hours with a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue, Fiaz was very helpful and because it was Sunday and it was late financing was tricky but i was picked up by nissan and drove home in my Rogue, the next day i got a call to come back out because a bank picked up the loan at a lower percentage and that made my payment 100 dollars cheaper. Went to get my oil changed at Wyler Mazda as I always do. While I was waiting I went to look at their used cars. Found one I liked and did some paperwork to get financing. The saleswoman was very nice and professional, however that’s when things turned bad. I told them exactly where I needed to be payment wise and was told they would see what they could do.
