We cruised the lot either finding the extras that I wanted in the wrong color or right color and wrong amenities. I ended up locking onto a truck the right color but too many extras for my wallet. My wife got a mailer saying that Jeff Wyler Eastgate would make her a good deal to trade in her Jeep. After going through most of the process and her deciding she was ok with their offer for her vehicle and the price on the 2018 Jeep the salesperson came back saying the banks would not do the deal. Dont tell us a new vehicle is going to happen then a few minutes later say its not. When i got my used car from them it was a long 6 hour process with very little help from our salesman. We have had MULTIPLE issues with the new car sales side but with that being said Tony Wilis more than made up for all of that on the used car side. Won’t ever shop there again unless we can talk with him.
