I had a amazing experience when I bought my 2018 Nissan Altima Faiz was absolutely amazing
RecommendedWe just purchased a new Nissan from Jeff Wyler. Faiz Tueimeh was the gentleman who helped us. He did not put any pressure on us to purchase the car. Instead, he explained all the features of the car, including the technology. He told us what a fine car it was. We,initially, were going to look at Hondas, but after talking with Faiz and driving the car we decided to go with the Nissan. We could not be happier! I had visited the dealership on June 7th. My sales rep was Anthony Fishback in Chevrolet. My fiancee and I had mentioned we wanted a new car for better gas mileage and the interest rate we were in. Anthony, got us out of our 2008 Equinox with a 22.99% APR into a 2018 Chevy Cruze down to a 13% APR. Would've gotten an even better deal, however there was an issue with the first bank only accepting a license on the loan and not a permit. Reading the reviews, I am no longer surprised that we were told twice they supposedly mailed us a second key fob. We have been getting the run-around for two weeks now - but no second key fob for my brand-new Jeep Trailhawk. Should have figured that it is fishy when you buy a brand-new vehicle, but they can't produce the second key fob. Of course, it did not take them long to email us a survey and telling us that we needed to answer all questions with "Excellent." Also got an email "making sure we were satisfied." My sales person Clark Finley was absolutely wonderful ! I arrived early to my appointment and he had no problem assisting me at that time. He was honest, not a bit pushy and answered every question I had. I did have to wait a few hours for the finance department, which was no fault of Clark’s. This is the 5th or 6th car our family has purchased for Jeff Wylers and I will definitely recommend they ask for Clark Finley when they return to buy a new car. Thank you Clark for your awesome customer service !
