This is absolutely the WAY to go to get healthy and strong. Diane and her amazing Instructors offer a haven for fitness that is body positive and very fun! I adore her and you will LOVE the experience....getting healthy and having fun too....:D WAHOO!
I have found Jazzercize to be the most well rounded fitness routine of the many I have tried over the years. Dance, strength all at your own pace so anyone at any fitness level can do it. The owner and her supportive staff really make it fun and challenging. I actually look forward to working out.

Must say....I was very nervous at first, but the staff and members made me feel comfortable and overlooked my huge lack of coordination. I am slowly picking up the moves but having a great time and feel energized!!!! Thank you Barre Jazzercise
