I just purchased a pre-owned Honda CRV from John Moos and I couldn't have asked for better service! Excellent service experience. Wolfe quoted me $90, Lee's Summit Honda quoted $130 for the same. It then became worth the drive from LS, where I live, to Jay Wolfe. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted, my car checked in, and was given a tour of the waiting area. The lounge is superb. Lots of snacks, all complimentary. Comfortable variety of chairs and couches and work stations. Nice kids play area if you have kids. I have always received prompt and thorough service at Jay Wolfe. The employees are cordial and very helpful. The wait in the lounge is always pleasant and comfortable. I will always go back there for service.
I highly recommend Jess at Jay Wolfe Honda! This was my first Honda purchase and I couldn't be happier! He and the sales manager, Mark, both helped me get the best deal possible. Both gave me excellent advice, it wasn't all about "making the sale". I will definitely be a repeat customer!
