This is the first time in 32 years of car buying that I've gone back to the same brand. Even the same model, salesperson, and dealership. I was pleased with my previous Honda Fit (2008), the dealership, and the salesperson (Diane Thompson). So I went back and I'm pleased with the dealership and salesperson still... And the car's been great so far as well!!

I brought my 16 Civic in for its first maintenance and to fix a rear deck lid rattle. I'm on my 4th hour waiting in the lounge. I would have rated the service lower if not for the very friendly staff serving food in the lounge.
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from John Moos and I could not have asked for a better buying experience. From our first phone call to our initial meeting and viewing the vehicle, I felt I was giving A+ customer service. This is why I choose to drive 3 1/2 hours to purchase the car from him.
