I had the 100,000 service on my Accord this past week. The Service Department is excellent - friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and very accommodating. The Service Advisor, Courtney Walker, always explains the work in detail. The waiting area is the best in the business.
Somehow, I recently picked up a metal screw in my rear passenger tire. Jay Wolfe service took my car in immediately and repaired the tire very promptly. Not only was it professionally fixed, we were very pleasantly surprised to find that our extended warranty purchase covered the cost of the repair. We are always impressed with the service department as well as Kris Puszynski, our Sales Consultant!
It was time for the lease to be up and trade for a new car. The transaction went very smoothly both in the sale and finance area. Erica Braidlow was very knowledgeable and helped make our experience with Jay Wolf a pleasant one.
Although expensive, the service was performed early and consistent with the estimated cost. Staff was friendly. In the lounge, they need to get daily bagel deliveries.
An unfortunate accident totaled our my Durango. A co-worker had a Honda CR-V and commuted every day from Jefferson City to Whiteman and it never let her down. My choice in my search. Contacted three dealers and Jay Wolfe was by far the best and had a CR-V just fit for me. It has been an excellent experience.
I needed my battery replaced and NOW and that is just wnat happened., After AAA started my Honda Accord (2013) and told me my battery was very low, I called the Service Dept and was told that my battery is still uunder warrenty until May of this year. I made it to my appointment and then drove on to Jay Wolfe where Shawn greated me and took care of replacing my battery. A friend joined me for the hour wair and we chatted and drank coffee while my car was being worked on. Done! No charge! Easy Peasy!!
Steve has taken care of my car for years! I wouldn't trade him for the world. He is really good at explaining the issues with my car and the mechanics of how it all works. Will never stop using Honda as my primary service.
Great customer service, the lounge is very comfortable to wait in during service work, and they got my work done in record speed!
