Everyone in the service area has been so nice! From the moment I stepped out of my car Rob Was super friendly and making jokes. He brought my attention to issues on my car that I need to get taken care of, and their guest lounge is very comfortable and accomdating. The girls in the lounge are very nice and helpful as well!
I purchased my used Accord there in April of 2016, I love the car. A coworker has used the service department for years so i gave them a try. NO MORE! Paid a crazy amount for a dealership oil change and a "complete" multi point inspection. Only to come out to the car a day later to a complete dead battery that needed to be replaced not just needing a jump. When i called to express my disappointment, nothing but we're sorry. I never feel taken advantage of (like I have at other places) and feel confident in all they do for me! They always are so helpful and Byron is awesome to work with!!
