Worst experience ever with their service department. Had appointment at 7:15 and at 4 still not even worked on. Had been going there for years with 4 Honda’s under my belt but never again.
RecommendedByron Hughes always takes good care of me when I bring my car in. Today was an emergency. Flat tire on a Friday. Always have to check in with Diane Thompson. She always checks to make sure I am getting good service and answers any car questions Good social distancing. Plexiglas shields between staff and customers. Still had soda and water in the waiting room. Provided gloves to get the drinks from the fridge. Had masks for those who forgot theirs. Mine has become another appendage. Very satisfied.
Wonderful customer service
We utilized the Costco auto purchasing program to buy two new Hondas and took delivery of them today. We received a very fair price on both of the Hondas we traded in on our new ones. James Trotter was our go-to sales person through-out our order, purchase and delivery process. He was incredible! We definitely recommend Jay Wolfe Honda...and definitely James Trotter.

I purchased a vehicle for Jay Wolfe Honda along with an extended warranty. One year later an item specificity stated on the warranty was denied. The service person I worked with did go above and beyond getting my paid warranty issue covered by Honda with a $100 deductible. Again, I purchased an extended warranty that clearly stated this item was covered. To add insult to injury when they finally got my car fixed (3weeks later) there was a flat tire on my car.
