Last time I bought a car (2013 Si), I had a friend who worked as a salesman at Honda. He's moved onto a different position. I haven't been happy with my old dealer, so decided to go a little further to Jay Wolfe. Definitely worth the drive. The hardest part was waiting a week for the car to arrive. (They had the color I wanted already scheduled to arrive.) It was an overall great five-star experience.
Bought our 2014 Accord and 2015 Odyssey here. We love both vehicles so much, they are great! Frosting on the cake is the outstanding service we get from Jay Wolfe Honda...I drive 128 miles because I trust them so much to take care of my cars and then I drive 128 miles home!! Can't beat their service department for sure!!
Excellent across the board. Drew Hughes is amazing! Never a chore to bring my car in, the sandwich ladies are the best and they have an irresistible S'mores cookie that I'm trying to get the recipe for 😁 Would and will go back a million times.
We bought our new Honda Accord Hybrid from Shaun and can't begin to tell you what a great experience it was! He showed us everything this car had to offer and was very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and they went above and beyond to find the car we wanted! We were long time Nissan people but we're Honda people for life now! Thanks Shaun! And thank you to the entire staff from the cafe workers to the business office! You are fantastic!
Made appt this AM for oil change and tire rotation as part of the routine maintenance pkg included with new cars. Not only were they on time, but also my car was ready 15min earlier than quoted and came with a complimentary car wash, in addition to plenty of free tasty snacks and friendly people while I waited! By far the most pleasant car service experience ever, and my bill was actually $0 as quoted. Only place I'll go from now on!
Had a terrific service experience with Byron Hughes; got us in and out in about an hour, and priced out upcoming service next time around to help us plan. Also appreciated LaTonya's pleasant demeanor while waiting.
