Sales department is good. But service is horrible and they don't care. No real I'm sorry. Just excuses of being busy. They put walk ins before appointments. Wait time is double what they say.

Well ran service department, probably the best Honda one in Kansas City to be honest. Damon Gard was my service advisor, he was friendly well mannered and made sure to get my input every step of the way. Very professional. Kudos to Wolfe for having an assortment of treats to sweeten the experience.
