This review is specifically for the service department. If you make an honest mistake, a simple apology or even just an acknowledgment can go a long way. We were lied to and manipulated through our airbag recall, meanwhile, Frank Ancona took care of our other Honda simply and effortlessly. This was my first time in your service department and it will be the last. This was the single worst experience I've had with a service department in my entire life. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My 2011 Honda Civic was in their shop on 5/08/2015 and had the right wheel bearing replaced and by Tuesday, the 12 th there was a horrible metal scraping sound that I recorded since there was no certain time the noise could be heard! Because the noise couldn't be heard TODAY when the guy drove it, they wanted to charge me $54.+ just to LOOK at the brakes. I told them I'd take it to my mechanic and low and behold....
