This was a James River routine maintenance visit for heating and cooling units. The technician (Mike) arrived promptly and completed his work professionally and thoroughly...in fact, the outdoor unit has never looked better! At the end of his work, Mike made a point to talk with me and share what he had done and any associated findings. He also asked about and answered any questions I had regarding use of and satisfaction with the system in general. Needless to say I am very pleased with the service James River provides.
