Their professional technicians are knowledgeable and polite and explain everything they do and answer all our questions. I had a great experience with James River. I needed two HVAC systems replaced in my first home. The salesman knew that I knew nothing about HVACs. He was very practical and told me what I realistically needed for my home. While JR has more expensive equipment available, the salesman did not try to sell me on it.
