***************** pulled the breaker fuse on the outside condenser unit on a scheduled maintenance visit and didn't plug it back ***** for 2 months we ran on emergency heat strips.There "Help Desk" will not return phn call.I would not recommend this company and do not want any employees on my property.

James River provided me with responsive, reasonably priced, excellent service. The technicians took care of the problem and cleaned up afterward. They are my go to team for all my HVAC issues.
