My 4 hour time frame was from 11 am until 3 pm. I got a call at 2pm saying the gentleman was going to be late. He arrived at 4:15 pm. He was a very nice young man (****) and very pleasant to talk to. After he explained the reason for being so late (a lot of customers without heat), I understood the reason. If I had been the one without heat, I would want to be seen as soon as possible also. My appointment was for an annual inspection of my AC. I could wait for others to get some heat!!Thank you James River Air

The technician was extremely helpful in changing our air filters while answering questions regarding installing remote thermostats. He was knowledgeable and extremely efficient during his inspection of our HVAC system. Bravo!!!

My ac unit wasnt working right, but ******************* got it working and saved me money found out that the part I needed was still under warranty! Thank you soo much I wont call no else but James River Air Conditioning Co. there the best because they care!!!

******* AC unit ceased operating late at night. I was able to contact James River the same evening and set up a time to fix my AC the following day even though they were backed up. Service Technician **** J**** came out, was very friendly and knowledgable, and got my AC back up and running within 30mins. Additional work may need to be done, but the fact that JR addressed my immediate need was great.
