JRA performed my semi annual maintenance check recently and found a capacitor was faulty. The technician had one on his truck and installed it quickly, finished the inspection, washed the coils and was on his way all within one hour. Doing regular maintenance check keeps my heat pump running efficiently and I think it will prolong the life of the unit. JRA is always prompt. The workmen are always friendly. I appreciate JRA.
My 4 hour time frame was from 11 am until 3 pm. I got a call at 2pm saying the gentleman was going to be late. He arrived at 4:15 pm. He was a very nice young man (****) and very pleasant to talk to. After he explained the reason for being so late (a lot of customers without heat), I understood the reason. If I had been the one without heat, I would want to be seen as soon as possible also. My appointment was for an annual inspection of my AC. I could wait for others to get some heat!!Thank you James River Air
