Had what we thought was a new heating and cooling system installed last summer (i.e. August 2021) and yet, we needed what appeared to be a serious repair done within months. We financed approximately $***** at that time (I.e. last summer); but we are already experiencing problems. Not happy and very concerned! Now Thinking that the current warranty is due for an extension beyond a year!
We replaced our old system with a new dual fuel heat pump and ductwork in 3/2021 working with Bryan H***** in JRA. Everyone involved was very professional and polite. Had some issues over the colder months. Charles B***** facilitated by having Mike J**** come by and do a thorough checkup and everything was addressed. JRA is my go to for electric and plumbing.

We had a new gas furnace installed by JRA over Thanksgiving. Everyone involved was very professional and polite, and did a great job. Then after New Years we had a question about a sound we were hearing on some very cold nights. Mike Jones did a thorough checkup and explained exactly what we were hearing, and pointed us to some potential water-under-the house issues after the recent snowfall. Very helpful and friendly during what I’m sure is a busy time for them.
