I have been a long time customer of James River AC. They installed a new furnace 16 years ago & a new central ac unit about 14 years ago. They also service my plumbing needs. On 1/27/22 I came home to no heat and immediately called James River AC for after hours emergency service. A tech called me back but unfortunately they were backed up & had to place me on a list for the following morning for a call.
