My name is ***** *****and we called in an emergency request due to a water heater going down and leaking. Not only did you come the same day, but sent two great techs to do the job. ******************************* and his apprentice, ****, are welcomed in our home anytime. They were excellent techs, did a super job , no mess or cleanup for us, and were very concerned about doing a perfect job, which they did. TECHS DO NOT WORK ON COMMISSION so there is never pressure to sell the customer anything.
