Have used James River Air for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work since 2013. Absolutely first rate service. Always on time with a phone call from the tech when on their way. TECHS DO NOT WORK ON COMMISSION so there is never pressure to sell the customer anything. Invariably polite knowledgeable and trustworthy. ************** runs a class operation. ***************************

**** did an excellent job performing our regular winter maintenance and also replacing the canister in our ******* humidifier. **** was very professional and friendly. JRA performed my semi annual maintenance check recently and found a capacitor was faulty. The technician had one on his truck and installed it quickly, finished the inspection, washed the coils and was on his way all within one hour. Doing regular maintenance check keeps my heat pump running efficiently and I think it will prolong the life of the unit. JRA is always prompt. The workmen are always friendly. I appreciate JRA.
