We have had a service contract with James River Air Conditioning for years. Today was reinforcement for why we stay with them. Our heat was not functioning downstairs and we called for service. Within a couple of hours the seasoned service technician, *******************, arrived and fixed the problem within an hour. Thankfully it was not a major issue, but **** quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem and fixed it just as fast. ***** and HT arrived as scheduled to address my heat pump issue. Turns out I had not properly switched the breaker. They showed me how to do it correctly. They also helped me change the batteries in my Nest smoke detector. This was a very worthwhile service call and ****** in home management!. Both technicians were kind, polite, and professional!
