We had our semi annual inspection today. The technician was courteous and professional, and he wore a mask while performing the indoor work. JR techs have done a great job for us for over 10 years.

James River continues to provide excellent service. Mr. Don C. the Technician was very professional, courteous, and performed a detailed analysis of my systems.
James River Air Conditioning performed my semi-annual check-up today. Service tech was pleasant, keep me informed, seemed to work efficiently and answered my questions. His inspection turned up a small service need which he explained completely, including total cost, allowing me to ask my questions and agreeing with the repair. He made me feel the customer is in control which I like in service people. Mike J**** was the name of the tech.
