Brad was on time, professional and efficient. He was very neat .. was very responsive to questions and offered great guidance. I am very please with all contact I have had with James River Heating and Air- from scheduling, to billing to service .. all outstanding!

James River technician called the morning of our appointment to say he was on his way. Upon arrival Donald C(technician) began by asking if I had any concerns regarding the system. I told him what my concern was and he proceeded to began his maintenance inspection. Donald then when to check the outdoor AC component. Upon inspection he found that the fan was running hot.
