Excellent service work from Donald C****. This was an annual service appointment. He checked and cleaned everything. He found and prevented an issue that could have caused a lot of water damage inside my house had the system not been able to drain properly. Well worth the cost of the repair. Donald took his time, was very thorough, and never made me feel that he needed to hurry to move on to the next appointment. I have used James River Air for the last 6 years and will continue to use them.

About 10 years ago we started working with James River Air and purchased an annual service contract. We were pleased but a different technician did the work each time.
