This place just rapes people of their money!!!! Over $500 in fees for a single file with 1 child dependent! Told me around $60 when I sat down plus $100 off for new clients. I got 10% off thats it and over $500 worth of fees that can't even be explained to me. After I sat there for 1hr going through everything they tell you the total. These people should go out of business. DO NOT GO HERE!! they enter everything the same way you would if you did it free on turbo tax. the ******* branch located on 22 avenues has a rude receptionist and does not take you by your scheduled appointment I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I do not recommend this place to anybody and I am filing a discrimination complaint as well!
This Tax Return business is bar none the one and only worst nation wide. Do not walk away from their advertised tax help offers...RUN as fast as you can and never return.You are better off to fill out your tax return yourself and let the *** call you in for a set down face slapping conference with one of their agents!

This place charge me **** for a taxes return without giving me a copy but I went on line to find out what I was charged. This place is a complete **** off
Filed my taxes and they are still in limbo they charged us $500 dollars to file are taxes yet still the irs has not received them the are in limbo in there system unbelievable. Plus the persons in charge dont return your phone call and we have been customers for a 11 years We will not be a return customer false advertisement to there customers beware of this company
Awful company! The managers in the ********* locations are terrible and discriminatory!! Their managers turned me away as a customer after over 15 years; because I asked too many questions about my taxes and bothered them too much!! Never mind I have paid thousands in fees over the years to this awful company!! I went elsewhere and paid less fees and got exceptional service! I would never recommend this company to anybody!!
