I see that some people are having a bad experience with Jackson Hewitt but, that's never been my experience. **** is great and knowledgeable. She makes things fast and easy. I'll definitely being going back to the ******* branch in Jackson, ******** again next year

Jackson Hewitt lied about collecting the economic impact payments automatically instead of collecting them on your return. They lied and the only way to receive them if your missing any is to file them on your return. Now they're forcing me to pay a fee to amend it when they were the ones who lied to me. I pay for the worry-free guarantee every year and have never used it. When Jackson Hewitt lies to me they refuse to honor their Worry-Free guarantee with a free amended return.

Dishonest, shady,say one thing about cost of filing your taxes, then SURPRISE!!! it's twice to three times as much and never have a good honest believable answer They just "dance " around the reality of their lies!!Jackson Hewitt are Dishonest, unethical, unprofessional grubs!Will never use them again and you should STAY AWAY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ??

Year after year Jackson Hewitt continues to use Amex Serve instead of another company to distribute their customer's tax advance and tax return. ********************************************* needs to take a stand with their customer's and find another ********************** or alterative to receive our Advance and return. Crooks and false advertisement, I go to file my taxes today and Im told it will cost me 59 dollars, when we were done no more then 15 minutes later the price had went up to 557 dollars. Im a single mother, 1 job, the most basic tax job there is just about. That is ROBBERY. Dont use this company, unless you like to give your money away.

This is the Jackson-Hewitt ****** office. They don't live up to their guarantee. They messed up on our 2019 taxes and said we had to pay the *** for both the state and federal. For 2020 we had a real CPA do our taxes and he looked at the 2019 taxes and saw what a horrible mistake they made. Instead of paying in we were supposed to get a huge refund back . Was a customer of ********************************************* for years! This year the women messed up or return and said we couldnt claim our daughter which turned out to be wrong which the lady admitted! They have a guarantee of your fees back plus $100 if they dont get us the highest refund ! Well ***** block calculated and would have gotten us a higher refund. 0 stars should be given I went to a local branch in ************ ***** **************** the lady file a return for 700 dollars and deduct 500 out of it how is that even possible and the jackson and hewitt media charges are different the company is hoarding random people to steal this needs to be looked into as soon as possible tax payers work hard to then get this no unacceptable.
