If I could give NO stars, I would trust me. ************ was my tax filer and he should NOT be doing anyone's taxes. That's not the main complaint though, instead of the manager calling me and making a game plan to fix this. No such luck to say the least. If you're looking to get ripped off call these guys! None of the tech works worth a **** and you're gonna pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars for something that you can get for free. Bunch a "c u next Tuesday's"

Made me believe I was going to get the advance, and hurried me off. Didn't tell me what I was signing as I signed the little electronic thingy. I started reading over papers sent home with me and found out I was charged over $200 for nothing. And there's nothing I can do about it.
I met with ****** on Friday, January 14th at ******** ***********, I would give him an excellent rating, he made me feel important or valued and I believe that he wanted to get the best refund for me.

Do not file your taxes with Jackson Hewitt better yet do not go to the branch location at ************************************************. ********************************* who is the Branch Manager was very rude and became agitated with my kids. I was forced to bring my kids with me after a long day of work and ********************************* was of no help. She told me I should control my kids and I was doing the best I could to do so. I think Jackson Hewitt is a scam I hired them on October 22nd to have a tax problem figure it out he cost me $399 up front they contact me what is very vague details on what my problem was then inform me that they would have a local office contact me so I can go in and get it figured out It is November 8th they were supposed to contact me last Monday and I have not heard a word from anybody they got my money and then ghosted me
