BugOut of Clinton installed a WatchDog 900C Dehumidifier under my house and it does not restart automatically. Have let them know that this is unacceptable considering the cost. I always have called them to check the unit while there's no sign of it pumping out water. Have been told in the past buy a serviceman that the unit had been off for ~6 months. **BUYER BEWARE** 1 Star is way too generous. Active Pest Control comes out monthly to service both front and back yard. For the last two months, Active has only serviced the front yard without making any attempts to treat the back yard. I called last month requesting to speak to a manager. No one called back. On Nov 12, the tech came out and repeated the same action as last month by only treating the front. Bug Out, Yulee, Florida: True rating a ZERO not one star. Between the beginning of May and the end of September, Bug Out billed us for lawn pest and weed control but provided no services during that period. During those five months, the lawn became totally infested with weeds and there was chinch bug damage to some areas. If I could give them a zero*or a -10*I would do that. I purchased a termite package for years ago. They did not put the stations in correctly. They came back out to correct that mattered within the first year. However I now have termites in my home. They came back out and dug a ditch around my house and poured the chemicals. I did not know the rules of the stations to be 10 to 15 feet apart. I would give a -100 score if possible. We were long time Skyline customers. When Bugout took over,all services went down hill. We paid $1,000's for them to rodent proof our attic and when it wasn't working they came out and put traps. They never came back to check on them. I had to call every time for them to Come check them. Once they opened the attic and found a 5ft snake. They didn't ever get it removed and I had to call them two weeks later to come check the traps again. I had to live with a snake and rats running around... read more

Bug-Out technician was supposed to treat our lawn for bugs and fertilize with their spray application. He arrived while we were away and treated the neighbor's lawn and left his lawn sign on our neighbor's property. When we arrived home and called, they said they would be back out to correct in the next few days. I hired this company to rid me of bats. I was informed that one of the items they would need to install was a ridge guard. When they came to do the job they did not bring the ridge guard. I made a follow up appointment so that they could install the ridge guard but, when the workman showed up he did not have the ridge guard. I was told by the worker that I did not need the guard because my roof was new. Very unhappy with your service. I have a contract and have to spend too long to get an appointment and then it was cancelled today and put off for a week My counter and windows are crawling with ants
