I am very disappointed with the management and customer service in LA county (Van Nuys city) location. Manager Andy is a scammer. I was sent a service technician to service the house and remove rodents and the service guy showed up on for Andy to tell me there will be additional fees even though the service is covered under my membership umbrella. Scammer! Watch out!
Randy came out and took care of our bee infestation. He was professional, quick and obviously LOVED what he does! Great guy with a great sense of humor! He took care of the problem and even went into our crawlspace to completely take care of the problem. Gave us piece of mind knowing the bees are gone!
I stopped doing business with this company after two visits. When I contacted them about service my pest problem they explained their charges and come to find out what they told me was not what they did. I was told the first visit was a certain amount and if I have them back later the charge would be approximately 50.00 a visit. The first visit was over $200.00 with the tax and then any subsequent visit would be the $50 plus tax. Had a termite inspection for 7/30 for a 2pm to 4pm inspection no call no show, contacted them 2 times to find out if the inspector was going to show up and no luck, finally was reschedule for 7/31 for a 2pm to 4pm and same no call or show costumer service could not reach the inspector, contacted them again today 8/2 and same issue can not get a hold of inspector, in my opinion looks like they don't want your business.
After waiting five weeks for fascia board repair, one representative showed up at my home only to inform me that he needed a second person to do my repairs. He was scheduled to work at my home for 1.5 days and then left after one hour. The inspector who came to my property to sell me pest control services was more concerned about selling services than scheduling the right amount of staff to carry out the repairs. I called Western Exterminator to make an appointment for the person to come out and do an annual check of the cylinders around the house. I Ilike to go with the person they send out to look at the cylinders and they determine which ones need to be replaced. I was told by Josh that the cylinders had been checked on Sunday morning. We are not home on Sunday morning and I went around our house and the cylinders still had rocks covering them. No one had inspected the cylinders. When we signed up to have bird protection put on our roof, because so many big birds were coming there. Salesperson told us it would take 2 days and 2 men to do the job. It took 1 man, 6 hours to do the job. He broke tiles, didn’t finish what we were told he would do. Said he would come back to finish, never did. Charged us $2,100. 00. This company gets no stars. I canceled my service last year. They were supposed to return my payment(s),but still have not. They say it's due to Covid, but they had no trouble taking it out of my account, so why not electronically give it back? I have reached out to their contacts MULTIPLE times, and all I've gotten is the run around and no refund. Last year, worked with a Brian and he was wonderful. I am under contract and have not had a serious problem until recently. Now I have major ants and called for service, called and service tech came 05/05/2021 sprayed inside and out, most sightings near kitchen sink, surprise this morning, THEY ARE BACK!
