I was a long term, very satisfied customer of Allgood Pest Control until recently, when Active Pest Control bought Allgood Pest Control. My regular pest control specialist (Dave) showed up like clockwork every 3 months during the 2-hour window provided by Allgood. Dave was almost like family as he remembered the names of my dogs and provided them with treats upon arrival. On 10/11/2021, I signed a contract with Rentokil North America o provide lawn care services for the year 2022. I made a total advance payment for 2022 services on that date in the amount of $325.37 by personal check. Said check cleared my bank on 10/21/21. I January of 2022, Rentokil discontinued there lawn care service and transferred there client list to another company (Senske Services in Kennewick,WA). Requested service for a pest issue only. Salesman tried to sell us a monthly program that included service for insects as well, etc. We said might be interested and would look at the information but never signed up or agree to the service. We've been charged for two months now. We continue to call and call and call to get the charges stopped and credited to no avail. Additionally, nobody has even been out to do the service they are charging us for. When we call, they don't even deny that they owe us! They say it takes time t... read more

Rentokil is not worth even one star. I have had issues with this company since it bought out the local company I was using. Most recently, I received multiple bills in varying amounts for the same service. Even though I call the customer service number and am assured that I have no outstanding balance, the bills keep coming. I have no confidence in Presto-X, Rentokil, or any other name with which they may be associated and am cancelling service.

scam company - took my money and never baited correctly or responded to fix and address ongoing termite problem. Do not use this company. non existent customer service and failure to respond to any call and respond back to my house to properly fix the problem

scam company. Took my money and did not solve termite issues and never baited properly. No one calls you back, no one comes to respond to address the issue. Baits were never set properly and I had to pay a new company to start all over. new company was shocked what they charged and how poorly the property was treated. Do not use this company. They are awful and should be shut down.

Everything written in this review is factual and nothing that I have written can be denied. I would appreciate if a manager contact me ASAP to resolve this problem....I have been a longtime customer with Allgood, and I have been beyond patient with the company changeover. Since the switch, I have experienced a series of disappointments. I appreciate Active's timely response to this complaint. One of the managers called me and informed me that there have been many challenges with the pest control companies that were in operation under the parent company Rentokil. With Rentokil being in another state, the call system has not been efficient, and various pest control companies under the Rentokil umbrella have been scrambling trying to get through the merge. Terrible experience. Don't keep their word, managers lie to your face, take payment and don't send you the receipts. Take payment in advance and don't show up. Worse company I've ever had to deal with. Reaching out through Facebook, email, phone they are all the same through every communication channel.

Now that Active Pest Control acquired Allgood Pest Solutions—I can not get in touch with anyone. All phone numbers answers; however, after the announcement it hands up. I have tried phone numbers up and down the east coast. I just paid for my termite letter and inspection was not completed. I’m going to get my credit card company to reverse the charge because I believe they have gone out of business.
