This compares not do what is in the contract. I have a air purifier that quit working and the replaced it with an older moder model that is very noisy and can not use it be cause of the noise. They also did an incomplete job on our moist barrier with a humidifier. The humidifier was not wired in as it should be done . Call many times and they are friendly but does not do as they say . Excuses is what I get.

They're the worst. They give you 3 days to cancel, we ended up having to cancel a few months later due to having to stick with our Termite bond company and it didn't make sense to pay for two companies to treat our property. So I called them, and in their agreement it doesn't mention any fees for termination just there will be a fee. So I called them to see what that would be. We had only had the service for 2 months which they only treat every 3 months. So we got the initial treatment for $99 and paid $37 for a months worth... read more

Rentokil North America Ehrlich is the worst pest control company ever! It has extremely bad customer service. I kept calling them many times to resolve a small problem. At the end nobody helped. I stopped being their customer for a long while. I even have a Confirmation# 65287 as proof. They continue harassing me demending money. I'm upset and tired.

Terrible Customer service. I had an appointment scheduled in the morning on Weds. for a Termite inspection for a house refinancing . Nobody showed up. No call or anything. I called them and they said somebody would call me. Nobody did. A couple hours later, I called them back and they said a manager should call me and my appointment was moved to the afternoon, somebody should be out. No call and nobody showed up. After using Ehrlich services for over 15 years, I experienced multiple billing issues when they updated their billing system in late January. I set up payment through the new system and was billed $64.15 on February 11, 2022 on my Visa card. I received an email on February 14, 2022, notifying me that I had also been billed $60.16 through my checking account. Our HOA signed a termite bond contract with them for the entire subdivision. They never provided anyone on the board or any resident with a copy of the contract. We only know that they provide termite protection services and have responsibility to repair damages if termites infest the house. Their contract specifically excludes water damage as an out for them if termites came in with water damage to a home. This may be standard within the industry. This company in the NC area is a fraud. I received a bill from them on 1/18/2022. The tech named Casey B. stated he showed up to my residence and completed the service and that I was unavailable to sign. Well I telework 5 days a week. As well as none of my cameras showed a car come into my driveway or my neighbors driveway. The company is charging customers money for services that aren't even being done because most are away at work and want know. We did not sign a contract with the Active Pest Control company, and we clearly told they that we did not need their service. The thing it that, the previous home owner signed a contract and paid one more service for us in 2021. However, the company never come to do any service.
