I have been with Bug Out for over 20years. The new owners are terrible. They have killed my shrubs do terrible work with the rodents, pest control, billing. They do not care although they say they do. All double talk. Stay away fromBug out if you value your lawn, shrub or pest protection. They dont know which way is up and anybody who used to be ther is gone or leaving. Do yourself a favor and choose somebody else.

I would like to write you concerning my service since Western Exterminators took over Florida Pest Control. I have been a customer since 2002 and built my house then and used this company. I have always been pleased with their service and ability to call them and ask questions. Starting in February 2023, I have had trouble with Western. The first thing was the fact that I paid my renewal in December 2022 and in February I received a notice from you that it had not been paid. Rentokill (Ehrlich) has double billed me this year (2022) and last year (2021). Each year I must contact Ehrlich and notify them that the bill was paid. I've been a customer for 27 years, starting with APM. I had no problems till Rentokill took over. Would give no stars if given a choice. Disgusted in Delaware

We are being charge for charges we never knew. Four months after the fact, we found out that we have to pay 2 separate bills. We never got a copy of the contract that we sign. No one never came out to see if all the terminates was gone. We will never used this company again or recommend it to anyone

Well I guess my experience mirrors many others below. After Stinger was purchased by someone who was purchased by Active and now maybe Rentokil (hard to keep it all straight!) we've had nothing but declining customer service. From shoddy work on a wildlife exclusion to no notice when they were coming for services to leaving gates open to no real contact numbers to reach an actual person to getting calls from another named company saying they are wanting to help with my cancellation, but leaving no contact info... simply terrible.....scheduling, billing, callbacks or not call backs, a 19 year customer....originally Western Exterminator...anyone needing exterminator services should look at all their options...not renewing after 19 years

It is really sad when a company goes from being good to down right horrible. We have been with Active Pest for some time, have had great young men at the house but upper management is horrible. They say they don’t have anyone for our area we watch our guys on those days pass our home and go to a community right up street not even a mile. 2 they send guys during tornado storms other times during rain. 3 they have taken the blower away and expect these young men to throw it on the yard which is also not healthy for them. Anderson Pest Solutions out of Cincinnati has been billing me monthly via email for services not received. I only call when a service visit is needed and do not have a monthly contract with them. I have asked them 3 times to stop this monthly billing. In the past I have always paid promptly upon services received. My last service visit was on December 14 and asked that a bill for that visit be sent to me. It was never received. Like many other people, after several years with this company, service became terrible. I tried to cancel and then a bigger problem arose. I contacted them by phone to cancel in June 2022; then sent letters July 14, 2022 and again July 29, 2022 after I continued to receive bills for service that was not fully completed. I finally reached someone by phone September 23, 2022 (in Palm Beach, Fla?) who assured me she would take care of it.
