The worst experience I went in having stomach issues and chest problems they took a lady who had a ring stuck on her finger in front of me. I waited to see a doctor over 2 hours in the waiting room then another hour in the room before I snapped because I was in so much pain. Some to find out it was something much more serious and they did not even keep me they are waiting for results to come back to see whats causing the problem before they decide to take action real. I was seen in the ER yesterday for vertigo. As soon as I came in the door I was checked in and triaged. Then I was taken directly back to the room where 4 nurses were waiting for me. They were all on top of their game, working together and rocking their jobs!! They all took such great care of me, especially Megan, she was so patient with me and had a great sense of humor. Came in for hernia surgery with Dr. Bearden,, his surgery team and the anesthiologist were awesome. After being removed to my room all my nurses were great and I think I gained 5lbs the food has been great as well. Very pleased with this hospital.
Dr. Loken delivered our beautiful baby girl last night! I've always had great luck at II West wouldn't go anywhere else!
I had kidney stone removal yesterday, and I wouldn't ask for a better team. I felt completely calm and relaxed (coming from someone with amxiety). The person to put me under, Dr. Choi, was amazing to. He came in making jokes and commenting on my captain America phone case which made me relax more. To add on to this, he let me wear my glasses until I was put under, waiting to put the mask on till I was under, and put my glasses on me before I woke up; which, to me, is something I am thankful for, being as I'm legally blind.
The nurse was professional . And Courteous . Even through the uncomfortable sleep text .
