I went in to have a blood work up. At IU West I'm always treated with resepct. The nurses and technicians are always helpful and cheerful. I never have a bad experience at IU west.
I U west experience not good possible law suit pending. If needed please go downtown to Methodist. They are wonderful.
Being an ex-health care worker myself, we did have a bit of a wait before being seen. Once going back, the PA that attended to my daughter. Was wonderful and very attentive, and informative in her literature of instructions. That we needed to provide in care for my baby's well being. As for the RN I believe name was Susan, seemed to come off as having a rod up her you-know-what. Over all the staff, and care they provide. To her was beyond measures stupendous and pleasing to me. Such a beautiful hospital and everyone was so friendly and eager to help. Dr. Gill was awesome and took his time to talk to us and was so thorough in his exam. Wish we lived closer.
