Took 3hrs just get bck in a room,told them i had chest pain & couldnt breathe still had to wait. Three ppl who came in after me went in before me & whsn i got to the back still had to wait more hours just for a nurse to come in. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Reasons being here aren't ever great but the entire hospital staff makes it better. Thanks to all of you at IU West

Was there nearly 3 hours. Got registered, etc. that's it. I thought the wait time was horrible! Good thing I wasn't dying. I only had a spider bite growing and eating my skin. I ended up leaving and taking care of it at home.
Been here almost 2 hours now for a growing ulcerative spider bite. Just sitting in chairs while the others who aren't "self pay" get treated ahead of those here first. I understand triage. This is quite ridiculous
They treated my husband with respect they was kind and sweet
