Visited the Emergency Department with our 3yo who had just busted his head. Each and every team member took time and patience to try to ease his fears. It wasn't easy. Kudos to the nurse and physician for their calm demeanor, they turned a scary situation into an adventure for the little guy.
I only have great things to say about IU West! Their quick actions, and excellent care saved my life❤️ A few years ago I would have said differently, they have come along way. Thank you IU West🙏🏼
I see Dr. Claire Bernardin and staff., wouldn't think of going to anyone else, they are so professional, thorough, take time to talk and listen to your concerns. Everyone that I have come in contact with at IU West are helpful and friendly.
All the nurses and doctors where very kind and helpful
Everyone is very friendly and is going out of their way to be helpful.. in your time when you have a loved one in the hospital... I was very pleased how they treated not only my husband having surgery but how they treated me and my son waiting for him
