Went in to the ER yesterday with abdominal pain, was triaged and seen quickly. Everyone I dealt with was caring and professional. I ended up being admitted, and all of the professionals and staff were excellent. Despite all of the jokes about hospital food, that was even quite good.
I have Dr.Cauldill is some one that if you piss him off one time he don't forget and makes u suffer the next time u go to west. I set in my bed for a week suffering not getting the meds I need to be comfortable.I have a reaction to the sheets and need benadrel. but the witch dr I have wont give what I need and what little he gives me I have to beg for it. Checked in a little before 9p.m. last night with my toddler who had what I thought was a fever of 103F for 2 days but turned out to be 105F. Got into a room almost immediately but waited well over 2 hours to see a physician. It took all of 2 hours to even get my daughter pain medicine. It was Tylenol shoved up her bum, why that took 2 hours to get I'll never know. Then they had an obviously inexperienced nurse catheter my daughter. It was a horrible experience. Waited 2.5 hours for them to do nothing even though his ENT specifically told us to go there and what they wanted them to do. They were supposed to call the ENT to fill him in and to find out what he wanted them to do and they never called. I will make the extra trip to Hendricks or Riley next time.
Very professional and patient friendly. Very clean considering they are remodeling.
It's not anything special like I thought it might be, since it is fairly new! You really need to be n elderly person to fit in. Besides babies with health issues, I believe Myranda was was there youngest patients!!! We will go somewhere else depending on what is going and how severe it is. We have had a he'll of of roller coaster rider. Not intended, but they need to get there story straight with plan of treatment. Plus her doctor has been the chief physician so you would think he would be right in top of taking care of her!... read more
I was there to get injections in my back. The ladies that checked me in were very friendly. Dr. Tewari was wonderful and all my nurses were amazing! Thank you Judy and Sandi� and the sweet young lady ( Tara ) that took me to my procedure room really eased my nerves! I feel so blessed to have had such amazing care!
