My boyfriend was checked in for near kidney failure due to his muscles breaking down. When I got there the staff were so polite and professional. They even asked if I had any questions although he was the patient. Sometimes the wait was a bit long, but the entire third floor was FULL. I'm surprised things didn't take longer. I love this hospital.
The staff on the 3rd floor are awesome! They took such good care of my mother. They even took good care of me because I was there every night. Ashlie and Christine are just a couple. We love you Dr. Fryman!

They have the best Docters.I wouldn't go anywhere else.The nurses are great
Service was great, all staff from check in to Dr.'s who operated were top of game. Not big on hospitals but I.U. West was top notch!!!
I have always been treated with dignity and respect by everyone. I really like the staff and the atmosphere is always friendly.
