I have all my Doctors there. They are the best....I wouldn't go anywhere else for my health care....
It is better than all the hospital's. They actually come and really take care of you after you operation and make sure that you are comfortable. Doctor came in at 530 to check on me and my pain level I think that I'm starting to like this doctor cause he doesn't sugar coat nothing he is straight forward about everything.
Great facilities and great doctors.. Dr Drew Kepple and Dr Tim Howard are two of these doctors......
Staff very friendly, professional ,and personable. They made an unbearable situation ,seem vary bearable. I say thank you. IU West !
The fact that my foot was fractured and was in a bed in the hall way my whole stay pissed me off And the fact that I could hear them talk about other patients
As for me... Being in Customer Service... I look for it being the Customer... My first appointment was OK... The second appointment the woman at the window talked about everything... Like how a Breast cancer survivor was a being interviewed and she was going to have to get her.. autograph.... Really I thought to myself.... It Just made me think about my on conversation while I'm at work.. Be careful and mindful what I say because someone is always listening.... And not meaning any harm.... I could still be offensive...
