Waiting room was packed, but the staff was very friendly & helpful as a dealt with getting my son signed in & to triage along with going back out to move my car. Once we got back into pediatrics the service was the same. They were busy & we did wait quite a while after his X-ray, but they were very friendly & helpful. They kept checking on us to let us know we hadn't been forgotten.
It's slow in they suck and they need to get more Doctors because its pitful then they tell you anything .
Fast and friendly and professional from beginning to end.
IU West is a great Hospital and they helped my brother out a lot ,the nurse doctors and faculty are excellent they treated my brother with respect even though sometimes my brother's hard cuz he doesn't like to stay in the hospital ..... thank you I am grateful for you
I recently went to IU West for a heart cath. From the valet service at the front entrance to the nurse who assisting me to my car to depart I was treated to the utmost in care and respect. I felt I was treated like all would treat their own mother. Genuinely good people!
Had to go in because of a pic line getting pulled part way out. While we always want immediacy in service when it involves our health, I thought their triage service worked very well and i received service in a timely manner by professional and helpful staff. Thanks for your help!
