I went in yesterday for a migraine 3 hours in the waiting room no where to sit I gave my seat up so a child could sleep next to his mom. Got back to the room started IV and put the setroid in first (this would help the head ache not come back) had a weekday reaction when I told the nurse something doesn't feel right she was rude in saying calm down to me as a 21 year old was in tears cause I was freaked out. Everything was fine from there on was in the room for I think 4 hours and my boyfriend who went home to sleep came in ... read more

Dad had to have a Doppler test done, we told the registration lady that he's a fall risk and he was even in a wheelchair. We told the technician that's he was in the restroom and that he would need help if not he would fall. She wouldn't listen and what happened? He fell and she tried to back out of what I told her but quickly knew others heard what I told her. The people are rude and disrespectful.
