These doctors don't really want to help you they want money and then they send you on your way that's what it's like here
I had surgery there yesterday everything went smoothly and the staff was very helpful and friendly
I came up last Thursday 2/9 from Louisville. My 90 year old dad was in the ER, and later admitted for pneumonia. I cannot thank the doctors and nurses enough who took such good care of him. Although it will be a long recovery for him, they got him started on that road.
To long of a wait. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen for 5 minutes.
I went into the Women's Center to have a mammogram. The lady working was extremely nice, told me if it became too uncomfortable to just let her know. I checked in at 7:05am, was finished, dressed and in my car to leave by 7:30. Thank you
The cancer center has some amazing women in there and Dr. Tharp is the best! I can't thank them enough for always being there for my dad and I and always making us feel like number one! Thank you!
I was just there last night , it was full of people, but usually when i go they get me right in and vitals done then back out in waiting room, one girl i felt extremely sorry for was crying do bad, they kept coming out and telling her we will get you a bed soon, she got one, three and a half hours later ! they seemed understaffed and tons of parents were bringing in little ones with high temps who had to sit out there and suffer, we were there for EIGHT AND A HALF HOURS PEOPLE!! The ER triage needs to take a child who is gasping for air and coughing so hard they can't breathe more seriously than someone using the ER as their personal doctor's office. Too many misc bs cases while my child is having a full on asthma attack with croup. Second time this happened. Once we finally got out of the ER and into pediatrics, everything was fine. Not impressed with their services at all. Prefer Hendricks as it's definitely cleaner and better ran.
