After driving an hour and a half to their appointment and waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor, my parents were told the doctor wouldn't see them because they arrived 2 minutes past the grace period. This is unacceptable when they have been on time for every appointment and had to wait each time past their appointment for the doctor.

P A Tonya Green was an incredible help to me! I am so thankful for her expertise and kind care.
We took my grandmother to ER for severe back pain/discomfort at 5pm and didnt leave til 3am. Nurse/Dr was nice but that is-way too long to make someone wait yet alone a 96yr old woman.
Not good whites were in and out we were left setting for hours, I will never go there again.
Took my mom to ER was having breathing issue's, but the team there took great care of her
I love the doctors, nurses n most of the staff here, the hospital greeter at the main entrance could've been a lil nicer & helpful but all in all my dad gets great service here at IU West
