The care I received was fantastic! I must recognize the nurses, pca’s that took care of me! Everyone of them cared about me & listened to me & gave advice. Brenley, Courtney, Jessica are names I remember, but if the ones in charge will look up all the ones that took care of me, I would like to commend them for their care! The ones who brought my food, the housekeeping staff, X-ray workers, pharmacist, Patsy that came to talk with me about any concerns I had, everyone! Superb care for my husband. Had pneumonia and a few other issues. The main doctor and nurses took great care of him and got him back on track. The respiratory therapists that treated my husband were the best. The only complaint he had was the coffee did not taste good at all. We have been very satisfied with the care he has received with each of his stays as a patient.
Had an amazing experience with IU West OB office and Labor and Delivery for the birth of our daughter 1/31/18. As first time parents, we were nervous and anxious on what to expect. Doctors, nurses, lactation consultants, nutrition, and all staff we came into contact with were exceptional. They provided kind, loving, educated care to our new family. Not very impressed with the staff in this building!
Seriously having the worst experience ever. 41 weeks pregnant and the woman’s health won’t do anything for me, just let me stay miserable �
I brought my 10 week old in with labored breathing and severe congestion in the middle of the night. The intake staff and our nurse were great, but I was less than impressed with the NP assigned to us once we got back to our room. She told me she "thought he might" have an ear infection and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic with no further testing. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving him that since he was so young and she told me to do Tylenol instead, which I also was not comfortable giving him at such a young age, ... read more
