I've never had a bad experience at this hospital until tonight.I wasn't even given a room,I was laying on a bed in a hallway!I NEVER even saw a doctor.A Nurse Practitioner is the only person I saw&she was very rude,disrespectful,short tempered&had a bad bedside manner.I asked her to speak to a doctor numerous times but she wouldn't let me,she got ruder everytime I asked.She also wanted to check my knees&when I refused,she threw papers on the ground(hallway floor)in front of other patients&nurses.I will be calling&reporting h... read more
My first time here. my daughter is getting her tonsils removed today, the staff here is wonderful. great hospitality. thank you IU west. .
ER is not properly staffed. Sat next to someone with a bloody finger and found out later she is on blood thinners. Young girl came in very apparent with the flu. She almost passed out across from us. Many people with the flu, a lot of people wearing masks. Staff started bringing in folding chairs because not enough seats. Sat there for 1.5 hours and only saw 1 patient leave the waiting room. 2 hours later, we made it to an exam room. People lined the hallways in gurneys with no place to go.
