So excited to be coming home and joining lifelong friends at Young's Suncoast Realty & Vacation Rentals! Going to be selling Baldwin Couny soon!
We paid the $25.00 early check in fee to be able to get in the condo a couple of hours early( condo was not rented prior to our arrival.) on day of departure we were loading car and code locked us out 45 minutes before the 10:00 check out. Will use another realty in the future.
We've used you guys for each of our vacations in Orange Beach and we will not use anyone else .. Our condos are always nice and we've never had an issue ...
My daughters and I just came back from a 4 day vac at Golf Shores: we ABSOLUTE loved it!!! Our Lighthouse condo was exactly what we were expecting. And yes!! We will come back next year!!!.. Thank you so much for the unforgettable time!!
**After speaking with Brandi online and Kelly over the phone, our issue was finally resolved and they were very helpful and much friendlier.** The stay was pleasant and the facilities were clean, but customer service ruined it in the end. Customer service is the most important part of repeat business and with this company it is terrible! I left multiple messages for maintenance management only for her to tell me personally she had just heard of my request two weeks after my first call to them. That's unacceptable!
This was our first time to rent through Young's Suncoast and we were very pleased! They were very courteous and helpful. The condo (Bel Sole) was incredible! Looking forward to booking with Young's again!
