We use this company everytime we come to Gulf Shores. Our condo is always clean and we'll equipped. The staff is helpful. My only complaint is, the parking at our condo. We had to park across the street, I mean for what we paid to rent, I would expect a parking space for our one car.
San Carlos Condominiums security staff verbally assaulted me infront of family. We were threatened and treated like unwanted/ subpar guests. I will not be back, even if the stay was free. You need to rethink your security company, before some one beats the hell out of your unprofessional guards.
They're staff is always so friendly and inviting. Our accommodations make us happy and reservation process is not difficult. They have even arranged for us to check in early if our rental becomes available early!!
